Did I tell you guys I’m getting a phd. Found out I was accepted a while back. I’m gonna be a sex therapist/ educator. I asked my sister if it would be corny if I changed my last name to Love. Haha, get it? Dr. Love (sex therapist)……
Before I met the love of my life, I was in this weird situation. I think I have mentioned it on here, so no need to recap the gory details. Long story short: I told her that I had been spending time with her man, didn’t know that was her man, well in actuality it wasn’t her man because he didn’t want to put titles on it and he was currently having sex with about five other women. But I told her to let her know whats up. Anyway she reached out to me recently…. after she canceled me as a friend on the infamous book of face… removed me from an academic program I was a part of (she was the director; yes I know you are confused)… and basically was supa rude….. she reached out to me to ask about yoga…. I have been teaching Yoga for two years in my small town… and I have yet to respond…. kinda weird situation… I felt there was no need to uncover the dirt…. I’ll just keep the past buried…. YOGA DUDE!!!!! You want to know about yoga!!! I guess its time to use this litttle thing the internet calls a search engine and do some mother truckin’ research…..
side note: I am trying to stop cursing…. you may see odd combination of words that really don’t go together…. :-)

I walked out of the house the other day and saw my cousins fiance parking her car. We actually had a really nice conversation out in the blazing hot sun, about keeping our relationship details to a bare minimum. Especially the negative things. There are so many other things people can talk about than the details of intimate relationships. We have a tendency to want to vent to others, but sometimes we unconsciously turn people against the ones we love. I try to keep the deets really small, minute, microscopic about the love of my life…. never posted pictures of us sucking face (or other body parts….joke), posted intimate secrets, or venting about the latest thing he did wrong (but usually he is doing things right)…. I saw one post of a guy talking about how great his gf sucked penis and how well she rode it…. I didn’t know the guy, but the girl was my friend…. awkward….
It seems like this is the only relationship where I to kinda shout from the rooftops how good this man is…. but i kinda feel like the people close to me are drinking haterade… cause my womanly intuition is not ringing…… anywho my relationship is under lock and key…. and i’ll keep the prayer channels open and keep listening to God….

not like its happening tomorrow, but it’s nice to know we are on the same page… We went to look at teles the other day… we were shopping for almost a 52 inch… I told the salesmen I didn’t really care what size, it was more his decision. Salesman said for men the tv size is like the size of the diamond.
So does that mean we should get the biggest tv…? I am on board for the 72…. Does that equate?
But, I would pick the day to go that there will probably be no yoga.
I hope there is yoga.

Watched the business of being born (netflix) and just got orgasmic birth (amazon). I don’t know why I am thinking babies… and non-traditional births (in American standards). I do no want to lay flat on my back when I birth my children. Unfortunately America has this horrible past of birthing…. I don’t want to be talked into drugs, c-section, or any other treatment that really isn’t necessary… did you know that the classic hospital birth in America cost about $12,000 but birth by midwife cost about $4000…. I am learning more…. orgasmic birth will be playing in a few short moments….
What do you all think? How do you feel about birth? Or do you have no opinion??? Just go with the flow???

I have been studying recently for the NSCA’s CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist) but I found the book pretty complicated even after working in the industry for a while. So I borrowed a coworkers Personal Trainers book. Now I have been leaning more towards taking the personal training test. Even if I did the CSCS test I can still do personal training, the cscs allows me to work with athletes as a strength coach…. not sure I really want to do that. But I still want to take the test. But I think I have decided to start with the CPT certification first.
I already have two clients who are willing to let me train them. We are going to train hard, but hopefully they will be dedicated. Its a couple, both want to lose weight and tone up. I will keep you all updated with pictures and work outs of these new clients…..
FYI I am not certified yet, but will be working on it this summer, as well as group exercise instructor and maybe pilates…. (pilates to add to the yoga certification so i could possibly combine to yoga-lates……………
